Administrative Assistant for the Project Management Department

We are looking for an Individual to fill the full-time position of an Administrative Assistant to the Project management department at our Hauppauge Facility. The responsibilities will include but not limited to 

  • Daily Clerical Data Entry into our Project Management Software
    • Entry of Completed Delivery Tickets
    • Entry of Received Material Packing Slips
  • Liaison between Departments
    • Shipping/ Receiving
    • Accounting
  • Miscellaneous assistance on projects as needed
    • Prep and Ship Samples
    • Printing of Construction Documents
    • Office Supply / Inventory Coordination

Basic Skill set should include but not limited to the ability to Multitask projects and daily responsibilities, Strong Organizational ability with attention to detail, Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Able to perform tasks in a fast-paced deadline driven environment & Ability to work well in a team environment
