This year, we launched Above All Store Fronts University (AASFU) at the beginning of spring. Our new continuing education program furthers our commitment to employees, providing opportunities to excel in their career paths.
Our employee-centric approach benefits our entire staff and the clients we serve, developing and utilizing a talented, knowledgeable workforce prepared to handle anything on or off the job site.
The 2023 AASF University Curriculum at a Glance
In late March, AASF University kicked off with a look into the past, present, and future of Above All Store Fronts. John Cashel, Owner and President of AASF, gave an insightful presentation, providing both new and veteran employees with an in-depth look at our company’s history and future prospects. After the presentation, we delved into glazing, teaching project management skills, along with the details of reviewing a new project.
Whether or not an employee is directly involved in a specific task, we understand the importance of exposing all employees to the breadth of our work and teaching them our process from start to finish. This leads to enhanced collaboration and teamwork, optimizing our workflow without sacrificing quality.
