Back in the summer of 2023, we announced our role in the redevelopment of the Belmont Park Retail Village. Just over a year later, this premier luxury shopping destination is starting to open. Our team put a lot of effort into this project, and seeing it come to fruition is incredible.
Welcome to Belmont Park Village
Encompassing nearly 500,000 ft², Belmont Park Retail Village is set to boost Long Island tourism while offering locals a vibrant new spot for shopping and relaxation. In partnership with Aurora Contractors, we installed around 40,000 ft² of storefront and curtain wall along with 11,000 ft² of aluminum plate panels.
