Protecting Our Employees and Construction Partners – Project-Specific Site Safety Plans

Our safety coordinator develops a site safety plan for every project to maintain the safety of our employees and construction partners. These project-specific site safety plans are incredibly comprehensive, ranging from a few pages to over 30 pages, depending on the project details.

Thorough Safety Planning

At Above All Store Fronts, we consider all project aspects, helping to ensure the safety of everyone involved throughout the process. Typically, our project-specific site safety plans include around nine sections, including but not limited to:

  • Overview (purpose and scope of work statement)
  • Job Hazard Analysis (assumed site conditions, pre-task plan report, employee responsibilities)
  • Fall Protection Plan (plans for various aspects of the installation process)
  • Engineered Systems/Tools
  • Trained Equipment Operation
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Accident Response (evacuation plan, incident reporting protocol, emergency response)
  • Project Management (contact information and copies of safety qualifications)
  • Product and Equipment Data
