Why Safety is the Number One Priority for Any Job We Do

As a business that has been owned and operated for over three decades, construction safety has always been our top priority. When your workers and clients know that this is taken seriously, it leads to higher employee morale and projects that go smoothly from start to finish. We go above and beyond with a focus on maintaining compliance while continuously staying on top of the latest rule changes.

Tool Box Talks

We have found a unique way to keep our workers not only safe in the field, but also more engaged with their work. Each week, our certified safety officer provides employees with crucial information that directly applies to daily operations. It not only offers an open forum for discussion and continued learning, but it also helps to keep safety top of mind with each team member.

Project-Specific Site Safety Plans

When you have a specific safety plan for each construction project, it means that from the beginning the safety of all involved has been brought to the forefront. Our dedicated safety officer has the responsibility of carefully analyzing the specifications for each plan and comes up with an approach to implement safety protocols from the beginning to end.

Our custom safety manual is a valuable resource for our employees and provides information that includes:

  • Job Hazard Analysis
  • Fall Protection Plan
  • Hazard Communication Program
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Accident Prevention Program

Since we take safety prevention so seriously, we implement accident prevention planning well before the actual project begins. This is a top down approach that begins with our job supervisor and extends to each team member. The goal of this program is to eliminate any personal injury and property damage from start to finish. When you take the time to mitigate risk from the beginning, it becomes a natural extension of the job and does not sacrifice overall efficiency of the workflow.
