Developing The Design Assist Outline
Accurate timelines and budgets can ensure the success of your project. During this phase, we diligently outline and agree upon a baseline project schedule, dive deeper into any anticipated costs and agree upon the deliverables from each member of the design assist team.
Project Scope and Design Development
Collaboration is key. Throughout this phase we work simultaneously with the architect and general contractor to monitor evolving costs, providing correlating data and potential Value Engineering (VE) options.
